Tour Description

An evening in Beijing cannot get more traditional and iconic than with a Peking roast duck meal and a kung fu performance.

First have a Roast Duck dinner at a popular local restaurant.

Then the guide will take you to the Red Theater in the Chongwen District to watch a traditional kungfu show. English subtitles are available so audience members can better understand some of the narrative aspects. The performance art production company, China Heaven Creation International Performing Arts, puts on a show every night during which performers combine kungfu, dance, and acrobatics. The movements blend modern dance with traditional Chinese arts, all the more adding to the uniqueness and spectacle.
