Ours was just a pick up from a Shanghai Hotel to the International Cruise Terminal. But we were very impressed with the service. We were contacted the night before and advised of the details of the following day’s pickup. The driver and the guide were prompt and took us to the Terminal. The guide stayed with us at the Terminal and got us to the right people booking us on the cruise. They couldn’t been more helpful, Her name was Diana.
