What is Peak Day and Standard Day?

There are altogether 17 peak days, which are
May 1 - 3 (Labor Day Holiday)
October 1 - 7 (China’s National Day Holiday)
October 25 - 31(The last 7 days of the Expo)
Standard days are non-peak days during the Expo from May 1 till October 31, 2010.
