Shanghai Nanjing Bells Collection Museum

Shanghai Nanjing Bells Collection Museum was founded by Nanjing Bell connoisseur Liu Guoding which is creative family style "Nanjing bells Museum", the collection of “ Nanjing Bells” are more than 70 which are in different times from different cities, the small one can hold in palm, and the big one as a cupboard . Nanjing Bells are originated in 19th century in Nanjing, hence the name. the local people call it Screen Bell, Su Bell, Ben Bell, it stopped to produce after the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War (1937-1945), the well preserve one is limited, it has been a Chinese and foreign collectors favorite collection. The rare and regards to be treasure are ivory inlaid bell, the thread Bell, embossing clock and Ming-style clock, those are all in best quality. After decades of repair, these ancient bells and clocks still sounds a melodious music.
