The anicnet capital Xi’an has so much to offer. The trip presents you a panorama of ancient and historical Xian by visiting its fascinating heritages and remains.
You will be picked up at your hotel lobby and transferred to Shanghai airport. An 1 1/2 hours flight will take you to Xi'an. Our guide is waiting at the arrival hall of Xi'an airport and transfer you to your hotel in Xi'an.
The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore. Dinner is at your own arrangements.
Today is a full day visit to Xi'an Ancient City Wall, Muslim Quarters, Shaanxi History Museum and Shadow Play in the Gao Courtyard.
Xi’an ancient city wall was built in the Ming Dynasty as city defense. The wall is well preserved and is a landmark of Xi’an nowadays.
The Muslim Quarter is an unique Chinese ancient town with Muslim community which is unique with its diversity of different architectural designs.
After lunch at a great local restaurant, visit shaanxi History Museum which is one of the best museums in China which houses a large collection of historical items.
Enjoy the shadow play which is a traditional Chinese art in Gao's House and return to your hotel after the tour.
Today you will see is the eight onder in the world - the Terra Cotta Warriors. Entombed in 1974, the Terra Cotta Warriors has three pits opened to tourists, which contains alleys of soldiers, horses and chariots and each of them presents distinct facial expressions and positions.
Steeping out the museum, you will have the chance to visit a Handmade Pottery Factory which manufactures copies of the famous Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses from Jing De porcelain.
Lunch is arranged at a great local restaurant which serves great local dishes.
You will be transferred to Xi'an airport and board on the flight back to Shanghai. Our Shanghai tour guide will meet you at Shanghai airport.

Deluxe Class is usually staying at a 5-star hotel, Superior Class at a 4-star hotel and Tourist Class at a 3-star level hotel. The prices for one person are based on sharing twin hotel rooms with another guest. A supplement is necessary if you want to book single rooms. And the prices may rise during national holidays, such as the National Day (September 30th to October 6th) and Chinese New Year (late January or early February)
