Tour Itinerary
Your guide and driver will arrive at your hotel in Hangzhou around 9 am to commence your day-long journey exploring the Buddhist temples.
Our first stop will be Lingyin Temple, one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries in southeastern China. The renowned Feilai Peak, situated before the temple, houses numerous Buddha statues amidst its famous grottoes.
Savor a meal at a nearby restaurant, where you can sample local Hangzhou dishes and experience their unique flavors. Your guide will assist in ordering based on your preferences.
After lunch, we will proceed to explore Faxi Temple, also known as Shang Tianzhu Temple. It is one of the three temples on Tianzhu Mountain and boasts a history of over a thousand years. The other two are Fajing Temple and Fajing Temple. From a Buddhist perspective, these temples are similar in both history and appeal, drawing numerous devotees and pilgrims.
Our final destination is Jingci Temple, the second most renowned Buddhist monastery around West Lake. It is home to one of the Ten Scenes of West Lake, the "Evening Bell at Nanping Hill," whose melodious chimes linger in the memory.
Return to the hotel after the tour concludes.
