The Peace Hotel
The Peace Hotel is one of the oldest existing hotels in Shanghai, renowned for its Renaissance Revival-style balanced architecture.
The north building, constructed in 1929 and originally named the Cathay Hotel, exemplifies the Gothic style of the Chicago School. It was built by the British-Jewish entrepreneur Sir Victor Sassoon, also known as the Sassoon House.
In 1956, the hotel reopened under the name Peace Hotel.

Shanghai Customs House
Its origins to 1864 when the Qing government established the Jiang Haiguan Customs at its current location in a wooden structure resembling a traditional Chinese yamen.
In 1891, the original structure was demolished, and by 1893, a three-story brick-and-wood Gothic-style building had been erected. The old building was again dismantled in 1925, and the present edifice was completed by the end of 1927.

The Shanghai HSBC Building
The Shanghai HSBC Building is a pivotal edifice of the Bund's "Exhibition of International Architecture," epitomizing the pinnacle of early 20th-century Western architectural technique and artistry. It stands as a tangible testament to Shanghai's modern financial history. Architectural details, such as the bronze lions and dome sculptures, have become significant symbols of the city's cultural identity.
The building frequently appears in films portraying old Shanghai, such as "Lust, Caution" and "The Bund," further cementing its cultural image as a symbol of the "Oriental Wall Street."

Lujiazui Financial District
Lujiazui Financial District epitomizes modern Shanghai with its iconic skyscrapers, including the 632-meter-tall Shanghai Tower, the bottle opener-shaped Shanghai World Financial Center, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Art Deco-inspired Aurora Plaza.
From the opposite shore along the Bund, one can enjoy a panoramic view of these architectural marvels and their reflections on the Huangpu River. Your guide will lead you to the best vantage points for photographing these wonders, providing a perfect conclusion to your journey.

Upon concluding the tour, the guide will accompany you back to the hotel, either by taxi or metro.
