Tour Itinerary
The guide will pick you up from the hotel and first take you to the Lion Grove Garden, one of Suzhou’s four renowned classical gardens.
Established during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368 AD), the Lion Grove, though modest in size, flawlessly integrates man-made rock landscapes with lakeside architecture.
Then, proceed to the Couple’s Retreat Garden, which is divided into eastern and western sections. The eastern part is characterized by its rockeries and water features, with the Huangshi rock formations being particularly renowned in Suzhou.
Savor a meal at a nearby restaurant, where you can sample local Suzhou dishes. Your guide will assist in ordering based on your preferences.
After lunch, you will visit Tiger Hill, which stands 36 meters high and covers an area of 14,000 square meters. The hill features numerous historical relics, some over 2,500 years old. The tour will last about an hour.
Following this, you'll head to Fengqiao, an ancient bridge located near the renowned Hanshan Temple, which boasts a history of 1,400 years. As you stroll, you'll encounter many treasured artifacts.
At the end of the day, we will return you to your hotel in Suzhou.
