I want to thank you and your agency for the great job you did for us. I particularly want to mention Chris and the driver in Xian, and Kathy and the driver in Beijing. Those 2 tour guides and the drivers were exceptional in every way. We felt like we had new friends. The care and attention to detail was wonderful.

Kathy in particular exceeded every expectation at every turn. She had a challenge on the next to last day of our tour because I was teary because I knew I wouldn't see my son for a long time after leaving. Kathy did everything to cheer me up and enjoy my day. She succeeded! Her generosity of spirit should make your agency very proud.

Chris too exceeded expectations and anticipated our needs everywhere we went. Chris' command of the English language was outstanding . Her kindness, experience and maturity showed through.
