Overall the trip is pretty sucessful and very organized.

Chris, the tour guide in Zhangjiajie had taken care of me very well. He was very flexible and knowledgeable.He has completed all the points of interest listed in my itinerary. The only problem is his English pronunciation but I got used to it and was able to guess what he said and meant.His English is very fluent though.He has all the good quality that a tourist like me looking for in a tour guide, very customer focus.

In the other hand, Kathy, the tour guide in Huangguoshu Falls spoke good English but I don't think she is up to the standard and knowledgeable. She couldn't keep up with me when we almost reached the most important landmark of the falls.She was too tire to move and stayed in the middle of the road to wait for me and I have to walk to the most beautiful scene of Huangguoshu Falls by myself. She and the driver refused to take me to Dishutan because the driver said since the management didn't release the water, he heard that there would not be much to see in Dishutan.I believe they could give me advice but whether it is worth to go there or if there will be anything to be seen, it should be up to the customer.

The driver in Beijing complained about the roads in the Hutong to the Citycourt Hotel is very difficult to move the car. He wished that I was the last customer to stay there.
