Helmut's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

This was mostly because of the fine work that Nancy Deng of China Highlights did for us. So quite a lots of questions were answered right before our departure. Nancy and her local agents delivered all the necessary documents right in time. And she was always ready to answer to our questions even in the late evening

Dear Nancy,

last Sunday we have returned to Köln, our home city in Germany. Our last days in Turpan and Jiayuguan brought a beautiful sun and blue sky after some very dusty days in Western Xinjiang. The hotel in Jiayuguan was fine so we can recommend it to you for future bookings.

We could do the whole tour as we had planned it (except for the cancelled flight with China Eastern Airlines and as a result the shift of one night from Beijing to Jiayuguan) and we did not face any major problems.

This is mostly because of the fine work you have done. So all questions had been answered right before our departure to Kyrgyzstan and China. You and your local agents delivered all the necessary documents right in time. Once again we would like to thank you for your late-evening-help talking to the front desk staff at the Kuqa Hotel.
