Thomas's Feedback on 4-Day China Tour

We wish to say thanks so very much for a wonderful experience and especially thanks to Leo, our fabulous tour guide, who made the tour so meaningful and memorable. He was most courteous, extremely knowledgeable, extremely well-prepared and thorough, friendly and quite good at his ability to communicate in English. We were particularly appreciative of his care and attention in getting us back to the Beijing airport where he came in and ensured that we safely and correctly made it to the appropriate ticket counter. So thanks to you, your company and especially to Leo for the great tour experience. We will have no reservation in highly recommending China Highlights to others.

We have recently arrived home from our Asia vacation which included the tour of Beijing and area with China Highlights. While we were most happy with the price and good value of the tour, you did indicate when we made the booking that you would make an adjustment in the price if there were changes in the number of people on the tour. Our booking and the money we paid was based on the booking being for just the two of us, but you indicated that the price would be lowered if there were others from our cruise who could be added to the tour. Our final payment was for this full amount. When we were picked up at the cruise terminal in Tinjian we found that two other couples had been included with us. This was fine with us and worked out well. I trust that the adjustment/refund can and will be looked after.
