Thomas's Feedback on 9-Day China Tour

Everything she organized was perfect. (Single compartment on the train, Hotels, local guide and driver, flights). The local guide was pleasant and knowledgeable and adapted well to our needs. (We are probably not easy customers, I suppose, because we are usually individual travelers with a wide range of experience and not very used to being “guided”).

It is my pleasure to give you some feedback about the tour that I booked with your company and the performance of Lily Guo, our travel agent.

We had a great trip.

I have been living and working in Shenyang for almost two years now and therefore we are quite familiar with the intricacies (and difficulties for a foreigner) of life in China. Having visited Tibet and some parts of the "west country" has certainly been a highlight of my stay in the PRC, culturally as well as geographically.

Our trip was planned and organized through Lily. This was a very pleasant experience. She was always available (phone and e-mail) for questions and adaptations while we were still discussing the outline of the tour and she was always available and helpful while we were on the road. Lily was courteous, patient, solution oriented and customer oriented at all times.

I will certainly endorse your company in general and Lily in particular without any restrictions within my network at BBA, and I hope that in the future there will be another opportunity to plan and carry out a tour through China Highlights. (Silk Road is still on the private agenda…..)
