Steve's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

Helen in Shanghai was amazing. I've had the pleasure of her as my tour guide for three years now. She is truly amazing and remembers everything. She is so patient and caring. Truly a great employee and wonderful person.

Lilu (Sarah) in Xi'an was also incredible. She was very funny and we became good friends. We had a minor issue with a restaurant and she was quick to solve it and really was amazing. I'm sad I did not have Jacky as my guide this year, but was happy to meet Lilu. Next time I come to Xi'an, I will want both Jacky and Lilu!!!

I will send a separate email about our trip to Chengdu. It was not the same as my previous time and I don't think we did everything that was on the itinerary. Cici was very friendly but was not as attentive as our other guides were. She was really good though, just not as good as Helen and Lilu.

We hope you and the baby are doing very well. We will send lots of pictures when we get back to the States at the end of this week.

Thank you again for all your help in planning this tour. We really have had an exceptional time and relaxing vacation. Thanks again and I can't wait to book another trip with China Highlights!!!
