First, I'd like to thank you for getting our trip arranged on such short notice. I have never used a travel guide/agency before and  did not know what to expect, especially since I found your company online. All the research I did indicated that your were a reputable firm.  Your reply to my inquiry was extremely prompt and once we started communicating  and planning via email, any concerns I had vanished. I really appreciate how easy you are to work with and how using China Highlights added to the enjoyment of our trip because we didn't have to worry about anything. I would definitely use your services again and will refer you to anyone I know who is visiting China. I found the trip to be essentially stress free since we didn't have to worry about reading maps & street signs,  decoding bus routes and hailing taxi's and working around the (obvious) language barrier. We were able to relax and see the sights. It felt like we were being shown around by friend and not someone we had just met.
