I am writing to congratulate you and China Highlights on the wonderful service provided by your travel advisor – Ms. Candy Wei.

At first I was skeptical in dealing with an ‘unknown’ person; being old fashioned, I am used to talking to a person face to face, but Ms. Wei has made me feel so comfortable that I have put my trust in her willingly and feel secure that any transaction she is handling for me and my parents is to our best interest and advantage.

Ms. Wei has gone over and above my expectations, is very efficient, so pleasant to deal with and has communicated with me at all times, in a timely manner. I appreciate her advice – I am travelling with my elderly parents – so she has taken that into consideration and has tailored the trip to be a relaxing and leisurely experience and has suggested alternatives to suit our needs.

I appreciate all Ms. Wei has done and is doing for us and my only regret is that I will not have the opportunity to meet her and thank her personally, when I am in China.
