While we are still recovering from the jet lag, I am taking the time to give you some feedback on our trip!

We really enjoyed our time spent in China. The itinerary that you made was really perfect. You did a wonderful job at structuring and organizing the whole trip. All of your advices were really useful and your suggestions all proved to be the best!

Regarding our guide, we really enjoyed the company and the professionalism of Leo in Beijing and Lili in Guilin/Yangshuo. We would highly recommend them to any North-American groups for they were both really attentive to our needs, dedicated and genuinely committed to make our stay memorable.

The drivers that escorted us during our trip, between cities or from and to the domestic or international airports, were all good drivers. Except for the drive in Yishang where the AC stopped and we almost died from a heat stroke, all was great.

The hotels that you chose were all meeting our expectations. Although we felt that we had to request king size beds and non-smoking rooms at every check-in even if we had previously arranged that with you, we were really happy with the rooms we had and the food served for breakfast.

The local restaurants chosen by the guides were all very good, except perhaps those in Xi’an which didn’t really meet our standards in terms of cleanliness. And, just as you said, the food allowances were quite enough more often than not.

All in all, the experience was well-worth the long flight. And thanks to you, Ruby! You were the best and we were glad to meet you in Guilin ! We will definitely spread the word among our friends that we had the best service with China Highlights and with the time and support you provided.
