Our guide (Ying Li) in Xi'an, was the best guide we have ever had. She was knowledgable, informative, good sense of humor and readily made recommendations as needed. Our guide in Beijing (Jimmy) was also very good. Jimmy was reliable, flexible, punctual, thorough and knowledgable.

We enjoyed our trip to China very much. We were generally satisfied with the services provided by China Highlights with two exceptions. First, in Shanghai the guide was not at the prearranged place at the agreed time. I subsequently saw your email changing the arrangements but did not have access to email until after we had left Shanghai (which I had previously advised would be the case). I would like to suggest that no changes be made to an itinerary in the absence of confirmation from a client. Our guide (Ying Li) in Xi'an, was the best guide we have ever had. She was knowledgable, informative, good sense of humor and readily made recommendations as needed. Our guide in Beijing (Jimmy) was also very good. Jimmy was reliable, flexible, punctual, thorough and knowledgable. Both Ying and Jimmy clearly enjoyed being guides and we enjoyed our time with them.
