Michael has gone above and beyond what we ever thought we were going to get in regards to service and has even called the hotel (which we booked before we had found your website) to help arrange special gifts to be in the room for when my boyfriend arrives before me.

Just wanted to send you an e-mail to comment on the unbelievable service that we have received from Michael Hu. We have been planning our 10 day trip for the last month now and he has been more than accommodating and helpful the entire way through. We do not know what we would have done for the trip had we not had china highlights to help us plan it. Michael has gone above and beyond what we ever thought we were going to get in regards to service and has even called the hotel (which we booked before we had found your website) to help arrange special gifts to be in the room for when my boyfriend arrives before me. He has helped up plan and re-plan our trip over and over again and given great advice and recommendations on what we should do. We have throughly enjoyed the planning process of our trip thanks to Michael's help.
