Stephan's Feedback on 8-Day China Tour

This is my wife's second trip that was organized through Michael, and we have also booked our aunt's trip with him in October too. The things that we appreciate about Michael are that his English is excellent, he is very prompt at responding to emails, he accommodates all of our requests for itinerary changes, and he is very organized.

My wife and I have just returned from a trip to China with China Highlights, organized by Michael Hu. I want to let you know that we had a great time on our trip and we are so happy with the trip that Michael organized. This is my wife's second trip that was organized through Michael, and we have also booked our aunt's trip with him in October too. The things that we appreciate about Michael are that his English is excellent, he is very prompt at responding to emails, he accommodates all of our requests for itinerary changes, and he is very organized.

Michael was also very helpful on this trip in helping to coordinate our guides when we had a canceled/delayed flight. He was very friendly and helpful on the phone and that made us feel more at ease about our flight.

He does a great job and we happily recommend him to our friends.
