Shanghai has seen a boom in creative industry parks in recent years. A batch of creative parks have taken initial shape at some old factory buildings and warehouses and have introduced thousands of artists from all over the world, as well as art galleries, architect firms, design studios, artwork design institutes, and more. Shanghai Bridge 8
Located in Luwan District, Shanghai Bridge 8 covers an area of around 10,000 square meters. It was transformed from an old building to a big creative space that combines architecture, design, art, filming, fashion, dining, and entertainment.
The design of Bridge 8 is unique. As the name suggested, the Bridge is well used in the connection of buildings. You will not be able to take your eyes off the facade of Bridge 8 when you get close to it. From its logo to its design, everything about Bridge 8 is special. Whether it's a weird statue or a funny chair is the only existing in this world.

Shanghai Sculpture Space
Shanghai Sculpture Art Center is no longer a deserted factory but now is a sculpture art center. The Sculpture Space covers an area of about 50,000 square meters, comprising the Urban Sculpture Center, the Sculpture Plaza, and the support facilities.
It embodies the vigor of urban art and the spirit of modern times but inherits the urban cultural legacy. People come here to immerse themselves in the works of the sculptors. You can walk to the lawn or to a corner where just you and the sculpture can have a conversation.

Shanghai Creative Warehouse
This six-floor building was founded in 1913 but has had an extraordinary history since then. It was used as a storehouse for four banks however it also witnessed heroic acts during past bloody conflicts when it was in the very frontline. In 1999, The Architect Liu Jidong transformed it into a creative warehouse that includes dozens of creative companies, design studios, and art studios.

Shanghai 2577 Creative Garden 2577
This old structure from the Qing Dynasty was a “courtyard front & garden behind” and has become a creative zone with the theme “JOB & LIFE”. The idea is to allow people to enjoy life while they are working. Famous enterprises like BLOG BUS, Yan Youren Sculpture Workshop, and Julongtai Modern Household are located here.

Shanghai Tongle Workshop

1933 Shanghai
1933 Shanghai was designed by an Englishman and built by a famous Chinese builder in 1933. It was once a slaughterhouse but is now a creative workshop. With the unique design, people can get to the fourth floor without passing the middle ones by the slideway. You can experience a lot with its stylish aspects and cultural atmosphere.
