In the morning, depart from Shanghai and travel by train to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, your guide will commence the tour.
The first stop is Lingyin Temple, a significant and affluent Buddhist temple in China, established over 1700 years ago during the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It is revered by devout followers. In front lies Feilai Feng (Flying Peak), a renowned grotto site with inscriptions. Take note of the temple's halls for their remarkable elegance.
Your guide will then escort you to the Six Harmonies Pagoda, also called Liuhe Pagoda. It is one of the most recognized pagodas in China, constructed in 970 during the Northern Song Dynasty. Its name references the six Buddhist ordinances of heaven, earth, east, west, south, and north. For lunch, savor Hangzhou cuisine at a local restaurant.

During your visit, enjoy a boat cruise for a scenic journey through this living history. The wooden boats accommodate up to six people, and the cruise lasts about 20 minutes.
