All three guides were excellent - very competent and organized, and they all made sure everything was planned well in advance. We felt confident that everything would happen as we wanted and they were all willing to accommodate any ideas we had.

In Kunming our guide recommended seeing Dynamic Yunnan and we absolutely loved it!  We really liked the hotels, especially the one in Shangri La, and the national park in Shangri La was beautiful.

The driver was Ok, but on a couple of times he overtook on blind corners and we felt very unsafe.  On other occasions his driving was good.

The only problem we had been with our flight from Kunming to Lijiang (This was some problems with China Eastern Airline, which was nothing to do with your company!).  Our original flight was cancelled, then they told us we couldn't get the flight we had been booked on because it was over booked.  We eventually got onto a later flight after a lot of effort by our guide, Fang, who did very well.  But we were late arriving in Lijiang and so wasted most of the day.

So thank you once again for an excellent tour.  We will recommend China Highlights to our friends and we hope we can use you again while we are in China.
