James's Feedback on 16-Day China Tour

This was in a large part due to the wonderful service provided by your Company, China Highlights who always did what you said you would do. I am delighted to tell you about our experience in China which exceeded all our expectations!! This was in a large part due to the wonderful service provided by your Company, China Highlights who always did what you said you would do. I did also appreciate your phonecall when I was in Beijing asking how the trip was going - a nice touch from your Company!

There are several most memorable attractions for my tripl!! - the Great Wall at Mutianyu, the Birds Nest Olympic stadium (we paid the extra to go inside), the Terracotta Soldiers at Xi'an The No. 1 Silk factory in Hangzhou.

There are 2 guides stood out - firstly Johnny in Beijing - he was very friendly, very good English, he knew his subjects well and re-organised the schedule for the guests benefit  -  secondly Ling Yi  in Xi'an - her English was excellent and her knowledge (particularly the Shaanxi History Museum) was outstanding. She controlled the visit to the Terracotta Soldiers very well - it was very, very crowded!

We think the acrobatic show in Shanghai is a 'must' for any visitor not to be missed. All the hotels were excellent and all the meals provided by you were very good. Please note the Hangsheng Peninsula in Shanghai and the Garden Hotel in Suzhou are both 4 star (not 3 star as listed by you). We enjoyed most the Lakeview Hotel in Hangzhou and the Garden Hotel in Suzhou for views and comfort and the Bund Hotel in Shanghai (where we had a Business Suite room) for facilities and position.

Your whole arrangements were excellent. I would suggest you include a tour inside the Birds Nest as standard. Definitely recommend to our friends for all these points.
