Joanne's Feedback on 5-Day China Tour

Today marks two weeks since we returned from our fantastic vacation in the Far East. Everything you arranged was perfect!You already know that we were delighted with Alice and Mr. Fong. We realize that she is new to the tour guide industry but she will be a star in the days to come. She has a great personality and is to eager to please. Today marks two weeks since we returned from our fantastic vacation in the Far East. Everything you arranged was perfect!

You already know that we were delighted with Alice and Mr. Fong. We realize that she is new to the tour guide industry but she will be a star in the days to come. She has a great personality and is to eager to please. Louise and Mr. Yang were equally good. The only negative experience was the extreme wait in the heat while Louise went to get the tickets for the Forbidden City. She explained that the admission procedure had changed in June requiring her to obtain the tickets in person. It would have been grand to have avoided the 40 minutes while she too waited on a long line. Louise searched in vain for a place for us to sit but none was available due to the large crowds of visitors.
