The Bejing part of our trip was especially enjoyable due in large part to the excellent service provided by our guide Icychen. She is knowledgeable, polite and courteous. She was willing to extend herself when we had any special needs. Her pleasing personality endeared her to the rest of my family as well. My wife and two daughters loved her. We highly commend her.

She was willing to extend herself when we had any special needs. Her pleasing personality endeared her to the rest of my family as well. My wife and two daughters loved her. We highly commend her.

Mr. Lee our driver complemented Icy. They worked very well together. We felt safe with his driving.

May I offer an important point of consideration when booking first class tickets on the Bullet Train. Rows 5, 8, and 10 in Carriage 2 are adjacent to blank panels with only an obstructed view through remote windows. Our 4 seats were in Row 8.
