We got three other companies to give us itineraries and his was detailed, accurate, and with good suggestions. The stories I heard on the internet about Chinese travel companies service I felt would not appy to you after working with Robert as he was so detailed and really researched all my requests.

Robert was very patient with my questions and answered them thoroughly which made me feel comfortable with your company.

Robert was wonderful in letting us know the places we could not walk up the stairs and suggesting others that we would like. We would never have known this issue if he had not cared enough to suggest it.

Really do not have any suggestions. He has been patient, kind to us, and we would love to meet him in CHina but understand he is in Guilin and we are not going there.
