Dear Whitney, sorry because yesterday i thought i was speaking with some lady from the hotel in Shangai and no with you... i think Alan Pomela from Brazil did the hotel book for us but because the gmail doesnt work in China (just in the airport) we could not confirm by ourselves... thanks for all your help we cannot describe how much important was for us thank you very very much Alice and Cleusa
