In terms of your service Lily, I really did enjoy your prompt responses to my questions and I felt as though you were always available to me if need be which I really appreciated and I think is very valuable when you are travelling in a foreign country.

In terms of your service Lily, I really did enjoy your prompt responses to my questions and I felt as though you were always available to me if need be which I really appreciated and I think is very valuable when you are travelling in a foreign country. I think there could have been a little more competitive of an offer made in terms of price versus the competition as I felt nearly the exact same things were offered however China Highlights price was quite a bit more expensive. I understand perhaps the quality of the tour is different but it could be something to consider as clients will generally take the less expensive option if they feel they are receiving the same thing. I was impressed however, by the website that China Highlights has, it is extremely well done and professional and was actually one of the deciding factors for me.

Hopefully some of my comments will not be taken in a negative way but can be used to further improve China Highlights!
