Timothy's Feedback on 11-Day China Tour

We really enjoyed the Stone Forest, Jade Snow Mountain, Lijiang Ancient Town, the Shaolin Temple, and the Great Wall the most on the tour. No matter how many times I go to the Great Wall, I still have the WOW!

Sorry for the delay in my response. I was quite busy upon my return after our China trip.

Please find my comments below on your tour.

We really enjoyed the Stone Forest, Jade Snow Mountain, Lijiang Ancient Town, the Shaolin Temple, and the Great Wall the most on the tour.

The most outstanding tour guides were Sarah in Xian, and Adrian in Beijing. They spoke excellent English, and were very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Shirley in Kunming was also very good. Sarah had an excellent personality. Adrian was able to fit in all our activities based even though our flight came in from Louyang delayed. I was also impressed that your company warned us about the National Holiday in October. Even though we were not able to move our trip to another time, the warning was good, and the guides did their best to steer us away from the crowds.

The drivers were all very good. The driver in Beijing was very safe and friendly.

We purposely selected 3 star to save money. 4 star would have been more comfortable. We were happy that it was a cooler time of year otherwise the rooms would have been very uncomfortable with the limited A/C running that time of year. The hotel we enjoyed was the one in Lijiang. The one in Louyang was also nice.

No matter how many times I go to the Great Wall, I still have the WOW! As far as the service, being picked up at the airport, and receiving water, and the guides going out of their way to fit our needs was very impressive. Also, our plane leaving Chengdu was cancelled, so with the help of Danna we were upgraded to First Class. Impressive. Sarah made sure we found the right train line in Xian and waited until we were good to go.
