Bryan's Feedback on 17-Day China Tour

It was such a delight to talk and correspond with Ms. Wei. She was highly professional and friendly, and gave us great advise on how to plan our trip and which tours she felt would make our trip more enjoyable. She was always prompt in answering our questions, changing itinerary at our request, and emailing us all plans and final itineraries. Even while we were in China, when we had some unexpected problems regarding air transportation and arrival changes, we were able to call Ms. Wei, and she very professionally handled our changes and made sure that our guide was made aware of what was happening.

I wanted to again thank you for all that you did in helping make our vacation to your country so enjoyable and memorable. We had such a fantastic vacation in Dunhuang and Beijing and it was with your assistance that it was so fantastic.

My wife and I just returned  from a two week trip to China that we had planned last summer. We visited  both Dunhuang and Beijing. After we had made our original decision to visit China, we contacted China Highlights for more information. Your company responded to our initial inquiry and we spoke with Ms. Candy Wei, Travel Adviser. After talking with Ms. Wei, we decided to have her and China Highlights arrange all of our in-country tours and plans.

It was such a delight to talk and correspond with Ms. Wei. She was highly professional and friendly, and gave us great advise on how to plan our trip and which tours she felt would make our trip more enjoyable. She was always prompt in answering our questions, changing itinerary at our request, and emailing us all plans and final itineraries. Even while we were in China, when we had some unexpected problems regarding air transportation and arrival changes, we were able to call Ms. Wei, and she very professionally handled our changes and made sure that our guide was made aware of what was happening. When we wanted to add another day of sightseeing to our original itinerary while in Beijing, Ms. Wei made sure that all details were taken care of and we were able to enjoy our trip.
In all my years of traveling to other countries, I have never found a Travel Adviser that was as professional, friendly and helpful as was Ms. Wei. Her assistance in making all our arrangements was invaluable, and helped make this one of our most memorable vacations.

I highly give an excellent recommendation of Ms. Wei and commend her professionalism. I also want to again thank her very much for her wonderful work in helping us to enjoy our trip to China.

Also I would like to thank you and Ms. Wei for arranging such wonderful guides and drivers in both Dunhuang and Beijing. Our guide, Helen, in Dunhuang was fantastic. She has an excellent personality, is very friendly, and gave us suggestions, even meeting us in the marketplace one day to spend time with us on her own day off. She really helped us enjoy the area and is extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Dunhuang area. Our driver there was also excellent. We would really like to give Helen our high praise for her work and recommend her highly to others  visiting Dunhuang. In Beijing we had another wonderful guide, Lucy, who again helped make our visit to Beijing memorable. She too is highly knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited, and was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for our off-time. She too made our trip to Bejing most enjoyable and is deserving of our high praise and recommendations for her work. Also I must give high praise to our driver in Beijing. He was very professional and accommodating, especially since our hotel was so far from the city center requiring very long drives back and forth for our tours. We never had a problem getting anywhere, and were very happy to have had him as our driver.
