I’m 56 , woman traveling alone, and felt very secure with all your staff and support.

Few suggestions. I didn’t know if bargaining at the temple was acceptable. And I probably should have. But out of respect for religious affiliations (as most us travelers would have ) I didn’t.

I di not like the Muslim area at all because that is not the food or shopping I would have enjoyed. Perhaps ask about the type of shopping – (trinkets souvenirs as opposed to high end – which I would have preferred)

I was not impressed with the restaurant choice the first day which I added to my survey but second day was exceptional. The Sofitel is amazing.

I ended up getting a shopping tour guide in Shanghai and would have preferred to use you had I known that was available, so ask travelers if there are other guides they need and mention a few types. I didn’t even know that was available.
