Myra's Feedback on 8-Day China Tour

I want to thank you for all you did to make our tour so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about China Highlights and our trip. From beginning to end, we were amazed with things we saw and the people who accompanied us as tour guides and drivers. We will recommend your company to everyone we know.

First I want to thank you for all you did to make our tour so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about China Highlights and our trip. From beginning to end, we were amazed with things we saw and the people who accompanied us as tour guides and drivers. We will recommend your company to everyone we know.

Please allow me to add some now.

Beijing: Jeff was an outstanding guide. He obviously loves his job. He was so enthusiastice about the places we visited and always seemed to know the best and quickest ways to manage getting through the crowd to the best vantage points. His altered his pace to suit our degree of 'tiredness' as the day went along. He was great in the restaurants consulting and discussing menu items that we would most enjoy. He worked well with all three of us and we represent three different generations so that isn't always easy. His days were long but he never rushed us nor acted less enthusiastic about anything. He stayed with us right up to the security line at the airport and guided us to the shortest one. He is simply topnotch! Your company is very lucky to have him. I was shocked that he had never been to the USA as his command of English was terrific! Thank you for assisning Jeff as our guide in Beijing. Also, he is an excellent and willing photographer!

Mr. Gow was an awesome driver. He also was so helpful with luggage and assisting us when we got in and out of the car. While he spoke very little English we were still able to communicate quite well. He is such a personable man and so pleasant. His driving was safe and comfortable and there was plenty of traffic! He certainly maneuvers the vehicle around very well which ultimately saved us time! Thank you for assigning Mr. Gow to us for our tour of Bejing!

Xian: After leavning Beijing, Jeff and Mr. Gow we were certain we couldn't come close to as a great an experience but we were wrong. Lee and Fong were also very good at their jobs. Lee spoke English very well and gave us detailed information about the places we visited and more. She was very prompt, enthusiastic, and patient. She took care of our evening performance of the Tang Dynasty seamlessly. She and Fong dropped us off at the theater and picked us up when it was over. That is what I call service.

Fong was very quiet but also a skillful driver. If anything the other drivers in Xian were the worst we saw on the trip. Such horn blowing and inching their way in front of you! Mr. Fong handled the car well. One day a police car even spun around up ahead of us, but we were safe with Mr. Fong at our wheel.
