I must apologize for not sending you this note sooner, pertaining to the pleasant and professional experience that I had with Coco Yang in planning our upcoming trip to China. I have never dealt with anyone who is so thoughtful and efficient in planning an itinerary for any trip my wife and I have taken.

I must apologize for not sending you this note sooner, pertaining to the pleasant and professional experience that I had with Coco Yang in planning our upcoming trip to China. I have never dealt with anyone who is so thoughtful and efficient in planning an itinerary for any trip my wife and I have taken.

My son and his wife (Stephen and Christy Bishop) recently returned from China. They had booked the trip through your company. We were so impressed that we started the process of planning our trip without giving thought to all the things that we wanted to see. Coco came up with an itinerary, but as we talked more with our son and wife, and read about China in the Frommer's Guide Book, I kept e-mailing Coco to see if she could change some of her itinerary and add some of the sites that we were interested in seeing. The very next day I would receive a revised itinerary incorporating our requests with some additional suggestions to enhance our requests.

Coco is very much an asset to your company, and we are looking forward to our trip. I wish I could meet Coco to thank her for the excellent service and interest that she took to insure that we have a trip of a lifetime.
