Your guide will contact you the night before the departure date for the exact pickup time and wait for you in the hotel lobby in the morning. The private car will be waiting outside on time.

First go to Yuyuan Garden and explore it before the crowds flooding in. It is a classical Chinese garden with a history of over 400 years. If you don’t have time to visit Suzhou gardens, this is just great!

Continue your trip in Oriental Pearl TV Tower. There are many skyscrapers in Pudong but this one always standing out due to its unique exterior design, cool Aerial Sightseeing Corridor and interesting history museum for various wax figures. And you won’t miss these things in this package.

Have your lunch in a local restaurant which we carefully selected for Chinese food.

After the lunch, you will step into Shanghai Museum – one of the Four Great Museums in China. We have arranged the guide device for you, which will help you understand each hall and items more.

Next stroll around the Bund along Huangpu River– No.1 landmark of Shanghai and even one of top 10 attractions in China. It provides a great contrast view of modern Pudong skyscrapers and classical western buildings.

When the day visit finishes, your guide will escort you back to your hotel. Or you can spend your time in Nanjing West Road by yourself.

• Meals: A local lunch

After being picked up, your guide will take you to Zhujiajiao Water Town for a full day water town life! It is a town formed 1,700 years ago. Most buildings there are built in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Ancient stone bridges are always highlights of a water town and Zhujiajiao has 36 bridges!

Besides walking along the ancient canal and the busy local streets, you will also visit four interesting attractions in the town: Kezhi Garden, Qing Dynasty Post Office, Yujin Monastery and Tongtianhe Ancient Pharmacy. Kezhi Garden is the highlight with a lot interesting things to see. Your lunch is arranged at a local restaurant for local food.

You will enjoy a boat ride (20 minutes) going through ancient canals and passing under antique stone bridges, which is a must-do activities whenever visiting a water town.

Head for Seven Treasure Town (Qibao Ancient Town) and walk through local food street. It is well-known for its local snacks. Many Shanghainese go there for food and leisure during weekends.

Then you will be transferred back to your hotel in Shanghai and the tour ends.
