Yellow Mountain
The Yellow Mountains are truly a sight not to be missed in China. Its entire area is about 1,200 square kilometers and considered the loveliest mountain range in China, known for breathtaking sceneries no matter what time of the year you visit. There are countless waterfalls, peaks, hot springs, and green passageways populated by over 1,500 types of plants. Depending on your own mood and abilities, there is a large variety of trails and walks of all grades. You can also take a ride on the Yungu cable car for a spectacular view of the mountains.
In the morning, go on a brief visit to Hongcun Village, an age-old village and UNESCO World Heritage Site more than 800 years old right at the base of Mount Huangshan. Often enveloped in fog and pond mist, the whitewashed village is a most picturesque one that was prominently featured in the famous movie, "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". Another testament to Hongcun Village's beauty is the inspiration that it has given many Chinese artists throughout the centuries. Afterwards, we will take you to the airport for your trip back home or elsewhere.
We use different hotels for different tour classes while the itinerary is the same. Deluxe Class is usually staying at a 5-star hotel, Superior Class at a 4-star hotel and Tourist Class at a 3-star level hotel. The prices for one person are based on sharing twin hotel rooms with another guest. A supplement is necessary if you want to book single rooms. And the prices may rise during national holidays, such as the National Day (September 30th to October 6th) and Chinese New Year (late January or early February)
